Jeremy helped me to sell a property in San Ramon. The sale went amazing. We got way more out of it than we could have dreamed. Jeremy made sure the open house was a huge success and resulted in multiple offers. It closed quick and with no issue. It was our first sale so we had a lot of questions throughout the process. Jeremy was great about sharing his knowledge and ensuring that we felt well informed.
Jeremy first listed, negotiated and sold our home, then helped us purchase and keep a dual escrow on track that allowed us to close both within 24 hours of each other and with both under 30 day escrow periods. Jeremy’s attention to detail and overall knowledge of the myriad problems which can crop up during escrow, allowed him to respond proactively to keep anything from derailing these processes.
