Jeremy was a referral from one of my friends and it turned out to be a great one! I needed help selling my home in Antioch so I called Jeremy. We were discussing the sale of my home and my dream price that I’d like to have for the property. While he thought we should list it slightly lower than my “dream sales price” ($220,000) we agreed on listing at $215,000. Within about a week Jeremy secured multiple offers and a price above asking! He walked me through every detail of the sales process and made excellent recommendations on when to stay firm through the inspection process. My home closed quickly and without any problems as well as for my dream sales price of $220,000. You couldn’t ask for a more responsive, positive, get it sold realtor. If you want your house to have the SOLD sign on it and FAST Jeremy is your go-to guy in real estate.
They say that the true test of a mans character is how they are when under duress. Well, Jeremy and I met under not so pleasant circumstances that was entirely my doing. When most if not all would have responded in kind, Jeremy took the high road and I was flabbergasted and impressed so much that I hired him to help me buy a house. This guy passes every acid test known. He worked with my loan agent perfectly, always available and heres the best part; he ALWAYS protected my best interests. Never selling me on something I didnt need or want, always giving me advice and dealing with the million phone calls no matter when or how many. We made a good team. I met Jeremy at on open house in San Ramon. I finally decided to use my VA home loan benefits but I was a little discouraged and disappointed because most sellers would rather accept conventional loans or cash offers. Jeremy contacted me about a condo that was not in the market yet. I was initially skeptical about dealing with someone I don’t know. This is the fifth time I bought real estate property and most agents I dealt with are referrals from family and friends. Jeremy impressed me by convincing the seller/seller’s agent to give me a chance. He was upfront with what to expect during the process and on top of sending the documents and disclosures. Jeremy communicated well with my lender. At one point, the VA Home Loan appraiser did not agree with the selling price but Jeremy provided a convincing data about comparable homes in the area on my behalf. He even offered some of his commission if the appraised value is short. In the end, the appraiser agreed that the price was appropriate in the area (San Ramon). Also, during the disclosure process, I noticed that the condo did not have a dishwasher. Since the seller did not agree to provide one, Jeremy issued $400 to cover the cost of the dishwasher. I highly recommend Jeremy!!!
